Root Canal Pt.3 is, as of now, Bite's final disstrack towards Sogmeister, part of many others that came before it. The song's concept transformed from only focusing on Bite's third root canal, to the many forms of Bite's diss on Sogs following "[[I CAN KEEP GOING]]", until ending up as a constantly changing chaotic track attempting to convey as much of Bite's emotions towards Sogmeister and the feud as possible.

During May, after the release of "I CAN KEEP GOING", Bite had already prepared the groundwork for the next diss, "HEADLOCK", which he immediately canned following "I CAN KEEP GOING" already achieving above and beyond what he wanted. The latter track's uncropped album cover even had another window with the text "HEADLOCK" in it. Sogmeister eventually retaliated, saying he's making another disstrack, so Bite finished his third diss just incase. Sogs never released his (until "DissedIsMe" much later), and it was once again cancelled.

Months after the release of "DissedIsMe" that signed the beef off for the third time, Bite was already sure any plans for a new disstrack are useless and released 12 minutes worth of unused verses, including the ones from "HEADLOCK", on an extended "Honestly Sogmeister", part of the "[[Unfortunately 'Live' in Nahariyya]]" album. But on a sunny February day, Sogmeister started teasing his upcoming disstrack "I CAN TOO", claiming this time he's serious. At first, Bite decided to release the parody "[[Not Like Sogs]]" to prove he can still retain the status of winner even by releasing a joke song, but as more lines came in like "Stem 5 how you put your stem in 5 little boys", Bite realized he has to step up his game. He decided it was impossible to recreate the impact of "[[Honestly Sogmeister]]" or "[[I CAN KEEP GOING]]", so the only choice was to wing a song random and experimental enough to hopefully portray his discontent with making disses at this point, all the while trying to enjoy the creation process as much as possible.

Writing any impactful lyrics really came down to wordplay, because every known detail about Sogmeister's life has already been recited in "[[I CAN KEEP GOING]]". The creation process followed Bite's mindset making "[[polaroid]]", this time involving acoustic drums, electric guitar and even influence from JPEGMAFIA, Danny Brown and Swans. Welcome to RYM! The beats were taken from YouTube and additional production was added on top of them or in-between.

The first written verse was Verse 3, originally on the beat for Verse 4. It was eventually swapped with the currently used beat and was planned to start off the song. A few days after finishing Verse 3, Bite was freestyling in the shower, suddenly coming up with the line "Online drama that matters to nobody". His phone was in his room, and so for the entire shower he kept repeating the same line to not forget it.
